The supportive round seat is upholstered in stitched PU leather with moulded foam and virgin cotton fill, delivering lasting comfort for extended sessions. Height adjustment is quick and smooth via a Class 1 gas lift, while the five-star steel base and dual-wheel casters ensure quiet, effortless rolling on common floor types.

Warranty & Returns
Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty: Most products are covered for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.
Extended Warranty: Some premium products come with a two-year warranty.
What’s Not Covered?
Normal wear and tear over time. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

✔️ Your order details with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
✔️ A description of the issue
✔️ Photos or videos reflecting the issue - We’ll assess your claim and provide a resolution within 2 business days—this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔️ Initiate return within 30 days of receiving the item.
✔️ Unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags intact.
✔️ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
✔️ Restocking Fee: A 15–30% fee may apply for returned items that show signs of use or minor damage that affects resale value. The exact fee will be determined based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

To Return In-Store Purchases

Cash Refunds: Cash purchases over $500 may be refunded via e-transfer or mailed cheque.
