Certain items, such as mirrors, massage oils, and alcohol, may be considered fragile or flammable and might only be available for in-store pickup. Please check the product shipping details before placing an order. If your order includes such items, we will contact you during processing.

We offer FREE local delivery for business orders over $1,000 (before tax) within 40 km of our physical store. Conditions apply.

📍 Important Shipping Information

  • No P.O. Boxes: We only deliver to physical addresses that align with your bank card addresses.
  • Ground Floor Deliveries Only: Standard delivery includes ground floor drop-off. If you need items placed in a specific room or upstairs, please contact us in advance for extra service options.
  • Delivery Address Must Match Your Payment Address: If there’s a difference, please contact us for alternative payment options.
  • No Online Order Pickup in Store: If you prefer in-store pickup, please purchase directly at our store.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

For high-value orders, we may require government ID and credit card authorization for security verification. Rest assured, your information is strictly for validation purposes only.
